ADSHEL ACQUIRES TOWN & PARK FURNITURE

Adshel has acquired Town and Park Furniture, one of the most highly respected and successful companies in Australia’s street furniture market. The acquisition will see Adshel expand its current offering via its Infrastructure division, Adshel Infrastructure, to include the extensive range of products and services from Town and Park.
Town and Park’s range of ancillary street furniture is manufactured to withstand harsh urban, climatic and coastal conditions. The extensive range has been designed by award-winning designer, Bruce Mackenzie AM FAILA, whose landscape architectural work in the public domain has attracted numerous design awards from the AILA, RAIA and RAPI. His dedication to excellence in design is widely acknowledged.
Adshel’s dedicated infrastructure division, Adshel Infrastructure, is a fast growing area of the Adshel business and key partnerships include Thiess John Holland, Victoria’s Department of Infrastructure, Translink and the Mirvac Group. The Town & Park acquisition further strengthens Adshel’s position as a market leading, end-to-end solutions provider in the infrastructure market.
